Q:
How long will it take to receive my custom product?

A: There’s a few factors that have to be considered but the general rule of thumb is between 2-4 weeks. Sometimes we can get it out sooner than 2 weeks depending on the type and number of products we’re printing.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment by check will be on a case-by-case basis.


Q: When is payment due?

A: Once you’re ready for us to start your custom design, we will email you an invoice for the $50 deposit with a link to pay on-line. Once the product is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a second invoice with the remaining balance due.


Q: Can I request a rush on my order? Is there a fee associated with a rush order?

A: Yes, you can request a rush on your order and we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate it.  No, there is no additional fee associated with a rush order.  We understand that life happens and we sometimes forget certain details when planning ahead.  Having been in those shoes before, I never thought it was cool to charge extra for rush orders…so I’m not going to.


Q: What’s your return policy?

A: If you receive a product and are not completely satisfied with it, you may return it for a full refund minus the cost of any custom design work.  The reason for this is, we receive approval from you on the artwork prior to anything being printed plus we’ll provide you with a print-quality, electronic copy of the design upon request.  Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the way the prints turned out or you do not like the material the image is printed on, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right…including providing a refund if you do not want to entertain other options.


Q: If I have a custom design made, will other people be able to use or purchase my design?

A: No, not without your expressed written permission.


Q: How do I retrieve or change my re-order passcode once it’s been lost?

A: Just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll provide you with a new one.


Q: I thought Crab Zone was strictly an EOD centric store, yet a lot of your customers are not EOD or even military?

A: The inception of Crab Zone is and will always be to help out the EOD community. A portion of every purchase made is donated to the EOD Warrior Foundation and therefore all our customers are helping to support our EOD brethren. I believe that if I could sell only to EOD personnel, our contribution to the EODWF would be good. However, opening up our customer base to other than EOD personnel and affiliates…our contribution to the EODWF is even greater.
